My treasures last week....

Gosh the week is speeding by and I haven't shared my treasures yet.

Ive been enjoying joining in with  'flea market finds' over the last few weeks

Ive also liked finding some quiet time to pop in to see what others have found too.

So.....this little pile was the result of a trip over to Berri.....

and this little beauty ....the wicker chair.... was my biggest delight of all.

I was in our local store and they had one for sale..

I ooohed and ahhed....

but I only had so much money in my purse....

and another item had taken my eye also...

It was....

what has now been named the UGLIEST lamp / table in the world

(even worse than my previous yellow lamp so I'm told)

So I tossed up on which to purchase now....and which to return for later...

and I decided I could easily fit the lamp in my car....so I that's what I bought.

(I will of course share my hideous lamp / table in another post)

So later that afternoon Briony and I ducked down with the intention of buying the chair...

but it was gone...

I was so sad...

I kicked myself for not just buying it earlier....or at the very least...asking them to hold it for me.

The ladies behind the counter could see my disappointment...and that's when one of the ladies said that she had one at home that she would gladly part with....

I was over the moon....

She had cleared out a corner in her shed...

and I had scored for Brionys room this gorgeous wicker chair in perfect condition.

So there you have it....a wonderful week of op shop finds for me.
