Some of my favourite e-books...

29 June 2013

I have been building quite a collection of e-books of late....
So here are a few of my favourites beginning with one of my idols...

I followed her "I quit sugar" plan some time ago....
and the changes I made after reading and understanding about the affects of sugar on our body have continued to this day... it doesn't mean I don't occasionally have something with sugar...
it just means that if I can substitute it I do... or otherwise I eat it mindfully and not often.
The quit plan and cookbook are also available as a bundle deal...I have a link in my sidebar --->

I loved the e-book so much....I also bought it in a hardcopy..

....and now....I see my very next purchase has popped up....
Its called "The Chocolate cookbook"
but its no ordinary chocolate....this is healthy sugar free version chocolate...thankyou so much Sarah.

Another of my favourite books is  by Jessica Ainscough from The Wellness Warrior blog
Jess is such an inspiration ... her philosophy on food ...life....and healing is so real..
she leads by the perfect example.
My most recent purchase was "The Nourishing Kitchen".... its a wonderful book from Amy....
author of the "The Holistic Ingredient: blog".... I had been following Amy on IG for quite some time...drooling over her daily kitchen experiments... and wishing I had half her talent...so I jumped at the chance to add thisd book to my collection.

"Its all Good" ...  a book by Gwyneth Paltrow....This book is packed with some fantastic gluten...dairy...sugar and additive free recipes.... my only complaint...and its not really a complain because I love the book....is that some of the US ingredients listed are a little tricky to find ... and some I am not sure are available at all.

"The 80/20 Diet" by Teresa Cutter the Healthy Chef ... love this book.
Teresa generously shares so many of her recipes on her blog....and if you are looking for a healthy version of anything at all....her blog is a great place to start.

So these are a few of my favourites....
I would love to know some of yours....I'm always keen to add to my collection.
