Here are 50 ways to put your Aromatouch Pro kit to use.
ON GUARD - The protective blend
WILD ORANGE
BALANCE – Grounding Blend
This is one of my favourite blends… it evokes a feeling of grounding and balancing and promotes a sense of calm and relaxation.
- Apply to the bottom of your feet to promote feelings of calmness and tranquility throughout the day.
- Apply to your wrists or neck to provide a sense of balance throughout the day.
- Diffuse in your car during road trips to create a calming, soothing environment.
- Add a couple of drops to carrier oil and add to the bath for a relaxing soak.
- Add 10 drops Balance to a Spritz spray bottle and top with distilled water and a squirt of witch hazel for a delightful room spray. (This could double as a linen mist)
LAVENDER
TEA TREE
- Make a 'sleepy potion' (this works a treat in our home) Mix 10 drops of Lavender to a 30 ml spray bottle and top with fractionated coconut oil. Massage in at bedtime.
- Lavender is supportive for the skin.... apply to any little scrapes...abrasions ..cuts...bites or minor burns to assist with the pain and healing.
- Great for soothing a babies bum.... you can make your own nappy wipes... or add a drop to some fractionated coconut and use it at change time.
- Make an ironing spray - In a 500ml spray - Add 20 drops of Lavender .. 30mls of WitchHazel and fill with distilled water. Lavender is a natural fabric relaxant.
- Make an Air Freshener for your wardrobe or linen cupboard - Choose a small jar - Add ¼ cup baking soda and 5-6 drops of Lavender- cover the jar with a piece of fabric tied in place.
TEA TREE
- Make a spray for your kids hats and hair using Tea Tree (and Rosemary) in water - those pesky head lice hate the smell.
- Make a cleaning spray 15 drops to a spray bottle - great for the bathrooms and toilets.
- Super for toilet cleaning... sprinkle some bicarb in the bowl....add 4 / 5 drops of Tea Tree and allow to sit.... brush and flush....sparkly!

- Great for feet health and 'little issues'.... especially after using public amenities. Apply a few drops to those areas.
ON GUARD - The protective blend
- Diffuse each day to give everyone the benefit of some immune protection... but particularly when there some bugs going around.
- Make your own healthy version of 'Sanitizing Hand Gel' (without the nasty Triclosan) - Recipe HERE
- Make you bench cleaning spray - 10 drops Onguard..10 drops Lemon in a 250 ml spray bottle topped with water. It smells great and leaves no nasty chemical residue.
- Make your own foaming hand soap - Recipe HERE
- Mix 5/6 drops with 1/2 cup of bicarb as an excellent cleaner....great for the bath.
AROMATOUCH - the massage blend
- Apply to neck and shoulders to promote feelings of relaxation and lessen tension or use with a carrier oil for an all over massage.
- Give your loved one a hand massage using the AromaTouch Hand Technique and AromaTouch Massage Blend.
- Add to Epsom salts and enjoy soaking in a hot bath.
- Diffuse for a tranquil spa like aroma....it always reminds me of an Endota Spa massage.
- Massage into legs and feet after a hard day of walking or standing... it eases and soothes tight muscles and ache.
ICE BLUE - The Soothing Blend.
- Massage into muscles before and after exercise to support muscles and joints.
- For head and neck tension as a result of too much computer time – massage to shoulder and neck.
- Massage to lower back and legs (or area of concern) to help ease monthly aches.
- Apply to joints ...diluted with a carrier oil to ease and soothe stiffness and pain.
- Soothe growing pains with a massage of Ice Blue diluted in a carrier oil.
- Diffuse to purify the air .. and help uplift mood and increase feelings of energy. If you are feeling a lack of energy in the late afternoon or early evening, you can diffuse Wild Orange to help lift your mood and increase awareness.
- Can be used for its cleaning purposes... create a bench spray with 10 drops of Wild Orange Essential Oil in a spray bottle with distilled water. You could also add a couple of drops of On Guard or Lemon. Use this as a surface spray and it can double as an air freshener.
- Add a drop or two to flavour dark chocolate ... bliss balls or smoothies.
- Create a wooden furniture polish by combining olive oil, vinegar, and Wild Orange into a spray bottle. The recipe is here > DIY Furniture Polish
- Do you like DIY body products? ... perhaps try this DIY Whipped Body Butter the next time you want to add a little extra moisture to your skin.
PEPPERMINT
- Make a breath spray – a small 30ml spray bottle... add distilled water and a few drops of Peppermint ( more of less to taste) shake as used… ta da…fresh minty breath.
- Make your own mouthwash - for a minty swish after brushing your teeth.
- Diffuse for respiratory and sinus support. Or simply inhale deeply from the bottle.
- Make a cooling spray in Summer – add 10-15 drops to a 30 ml spray bottle .. add distilled water and spray face (with eyes closed).. arms…back of neck…anywhere on bare skin and enjoy the cooling affect.
- Deter ANTS and bugs…. Add 15 drops to a 250 ml spray bottle … top with water and spray to stop them in their tracks.
- Diffuse for its minty and uplifting aroma .. to keep you alert and focused on the task at hand. Great for kids at homework time. (Blends well with a citrus oil)
- Can help with digestive issues like bloating... dilute a drop with carrier oil and massage into stomach.
- Add a drop to the corner of the shower...once the hot water hits you will get a lovely minty aroma...the perfect morning wakeup!
- Use a drop of Peppermint as a boost for exercise...it helps with motivation and on a respiratory level.
- Use for a car freshener...and also for those long trips to stay alert. Add a drop to a tissue in the Air vents. Create a peppermint spray and keep in the car for those occasions.
FRACTIONATED COCONUT OIL
- Use to dilute your Essential Oils for topical use. Essential Oils need dilution so that they are absorbed more readily into the skin. You can use a drop in a squirt of Fractionated Coconut Oil in your hand... or add the drops to a rollerball / spritz bottle and top up with F.C.O for easy application.
- Use F.C.O as a skin moisturiser ...it is readily absorbed and non greasy and loaded with antioxidants.
- Use F.C.O to remove make up... then wash as away as usual.
- Smooth dry and dehydrated hair - a couple of drops smoothed through your hair helps stop the frizzys.
- Create a hair / scalp treatment by massaging FCO into the scalp with gentle pressure for 10 minutes, 3-4 times per week
