Yep its a little bit ugly (Shhh...don't tell her I said so)....
....but Briony loved it the minute she saw it in the Op shop (her favourite weekend pastime) ....she lovingly brought it home and explained her 'vision' of it becoming a dress....
So..... we took a section out of the back seam.... which made the waistband fit her chest....and then from the removed fabric we had enough to make some tie straps.....She popped on a belt....and even I had to admit....it wasn't ugly anymore...
Wow you are such a clever little chickadee aren't you. I must say that it looks fabulous as a nice summer dress......
