I loved having my beautiful girl home in the holidays...
I miss her SO much.
We made the most of our time together....
including some stitching.
We made her a Tunic dress out of a vintage sheet she had chosen.
Its a lovely soft blue floral....and she wears it so beautifully with leggings and short boots.
So lovely to have time with your beautiful girl Mardi... and she looks stunning in her gorgeous tunic dress... such pretty soft colors...

Its the worst isnt it....they grow up too fast and fly the coop.
DeleteI really enjoyed having her home....even if it went too fast. Mardi x

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed stitching with her....its not something she has ever shown interest in before...so I took full advantage of it...lol

This is beautiful as is your girl. I feel like I've watched her grow up on your blog. I can only imagine how much you miss her Mardi. I hope you had a great time with your parents. I bet they loved seeing their girl too.
ReplyDeleteIt really is like that isn't it Lea....I've watched your babies grow too... even though I have never met them I feel like I know them.
DeleteThey should stay at home with their Mummys forever...haha
I had a lovely time at home visiting Mum and Dad...and I am pretty sure they loved every minute....Mum cooked so many of my favourite foods...I swear I gained a kilo or two.

Hi Mardi - I love this tunic top. Whish pattern did you girls use for this?? I'm sure you both had a lovely mother/daughter catchup.
