This is a luxurious foot balm that I’m incorporating into my evening routine.....each night as I sit with my cup of tea ...I have been massaging this into my feet and popping on a pair of socks.
I have noticed a huge difference in the softness of my heels since using this.
If you are interested in the recipe ... it’s this simple -
FOOT BALM
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut oil
- 2 Tablespoons Almond oil (or Olive... or carrier another oil)
- 1/4 Cup Shea butter (This is what adds the deep moisturising component)
- 3 Teaspoons of bees wax
- 20 drops of Tea Tree E.O
- 5 drops of Lavender E.O
Apply a label.

Use generously on your feet - cover with socks.
