oh...and a couple of things I learnt yesterday...
Dont get Briony to open the betadine throat gargle while wearing her white school shirt....because betadine really is a nasty stain!!
...and when you are walking at a good pace on the treadmill.....don't suddenly decide to bend down and dust the frame.... its amazing how fast you feet disappear behind you!
