Our family Christmas photo shoot 2013....

24 November 2013

We got in early this year!

Yesterday we had our Winen family Christmas...this year we also shared it with Liam (Meg's brother)
and Sarah and Elias (Alex's Sister and brand new Nephew)
It was a little early this year because it was the only chance we will get to all be together.

The house was decorated... the trees went up.
We cooked roast with all the trimmings and I made the usual black forest cheesecake...
Mitch and Meg gave us our gifts....
(I was thrilled to bits with the most gorgeous frame...and pandora bead)
The kids all gifted their Kris Kringle gifts...
and I bullied them all into photos....including our annual shed prop photo.

I thought it would be fun to share a few of the photos with you all..

  4. Great photos :o) One of my blog readers sent me here after I announced today we are moving to Adelaide in January. I'd love any insider tips. Do the Adelaide bloggers catch up at all? Miriam http://createhopeinspire.blogspot.com

    1. Hello Miriam.... how wonderful you are moving to Adelaide...I really hope you enjoy your time there. Its so sweet of your blog reader to mention me too. I live about 3 hours from Adelaide in the Riverland region although I do visit Adelaide every month or so especially now I have a daughter there at Uni. There are some wonderful scrapbooking communities in Adelaide though and I am sure they will welcome you with open arms. Once you know the location you are living I could make some enquiries for you if you wish.
Its a huge job moving isn't it....we have moved between states.... but moving to entirely different country is a whole other scale. Please stay in touch....and if there is anything I can help you with at all please shout....I am only too happy to help.
      Mardi xx
