2- MAKE AN IMMUNE BLEND
One habit I recommend you get started on is giving your immune system a little boost with a little DIY oil blend.
Recipe:
In a 10ml Rollerball bottle add:
3 drops of Tea Tree
3 drops of On Guard
3 drops of Frankincense
3 drops of Lemon
Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil and label well (nothing worse than an unlabeled roller-ball mix)
Roll this to the soles of your feet morning and night ( I never miss it at night because this sits beside my bed... mornings I'm hit and miss
3 - MAKE A SLEEPY POTION
This is a great one for the kids.....
Recipe:
In a 30ml Spray bottle add:
15 drops of Lavender
5 drops of Wild Orange
Top with distilled (or boiled and cooled) water....
Mist pillows and bed linen before sleep.....its lovely on the kiddos jammies as well..
4- BEGIN AROMATICALLY DRESSING
Set your intention for the day...and as you step out of the shower... massage your body with some essential oil infused carrier oil.
In a 'dressing bowl' timber is beautiful.... or another small bowl...add a tablespoon of carrier oil...fractionated coconut oil will work beautifully.... and then add your chosen selection of essential oils. If this is before bed... choose relaxation oils... in the morning Wild Orange with some Frankincense is a delicious blend.
5- REJUVENATE YOUR SKIN
This is a simple one.... as you apply your face cream...add a drop of Frankincense to the mix... notice over the next few weeks how your face thanks you for it.
6- SET THE MOOD - ESCAPE THE OVERWHELM
Don't forget the emotional benefits of the oils.... use Balance or Peace to calm you mind and stop that overwhelm. Add a drop to your palm... rub your hands gently together...cup them and breath in the aroma... feel your tension lift....
Ad some calming oils to the diffuser...or a drop or two in the bath with some Magnesium Flakes and ease away the tensions of the day.
7- GET PAST THE 3 PM SLUMP
We all get it from time to time.... that energy slump in the afternoon where the only thing sounding good is the thought of bedtime.... but its still hours away. This is the signal to grab your Peppermint.... add a drop to your hands... cup and inhale. Massage a drop into the back of your neck and feel that cooling affect invigorate and awaken you. If you are driving.. add a drop to a tissue and place it in your air vent.
9- SOOTHE YOUR ACHES AND PAINS
Make yourself an Ice Blue Roller Ball.... have it on hand pre-diluted and ready for whenever its needed. Over work your muscles at the gym? ...Roll on some Ice Blue and massage in for some relief.
Recipe:
In a 10 ml Rollerball bottle..add:
10 drops of Ice Blue
5 drops of Frankincense
Top with Fractionated coconut oil - Label the bottle.
Now you are all set for when discomfort occurs.
9- TAKE YOUR MAKEUP OFF AT NIGHT
I was always bad at this.... until I made my own DIY makeup wipes...and now I never miss. This recipe is so easy...and these wipes feel so lovely on the skin that I even pack them when I go away. Its so simple... inexpensive and effective.Recipe:
In an appropriate sized jar pack in some makeup remover pads (they shrink down so pack them in.)
In a jug mix together:
1 tablespoon of distilled (or boiled and cooled) water
1 tablespoon Fractionated Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon of Witch Hazel

3 drops of Lavender
Pour this over the top and allow it to soak through the pads...
