This certainly isn't my usual field of expertise.... I am far more comfortable with the topic of low toxing our home....and proactive health. Nothing grabs my attention more than a Pubmed study or a low cost simple DIY.
However .... we are about to shift into a new decade... and I feel I need a powerful new start ... its a need to cleanse the energy from 2019 and align myself with what the new year will bring.
I know that our Essential Oils can have a dramatic affect on our mood... and energy...so why not use them to clear and attract the new fresh energy for 2020.
Which oils can we use to clear out negative stale energy and draw in positive and protective energy?
- Black Spruce - create a relaxing atmosphere and promote feelings of harmony and balance.. and is key oil in the Balance blend.
- Frankincense- raises the energetic vibration .. it purifies and negates negative energy.
- Lavender - long used in smudging rituals to clear stubborn energy.
- Clary Sage - like white sage ... we ca use Clary Sage to restore inner tranquility.
- Juniper Berry - energetically and physically detoxifying as well as centering. Transforms negative energy into positive.
- Cypress- purifies your surrounds and uplifts vibration levels. Helps to ground.
- Cedarwood - Offers spiritual strength and purges negative energy.
- Sandalwood - Used through the ages for protection and purification.
- Bergamot - Reassuring...restorative and confidence building.
Two ways I love to use these oils are in the diffuser and as a room spray ....
Room Spray -
Add to a 50ml Spray bottle -
- a squirt of Witch Hazel (or Vodka) ...or omit.
- 12 drops Bergamot
- 10 drops Cedarwood
- 8 drops Clary Sage
