I tested the Santhi Dress Pattern... and I am in love.

Just when I thought I couldnt love a pattern more than the Gayu Shorts pattern.... Gowri from 'Patterns by Paary' created the Santhi Dress...and Oh My!

This dress ticks all my boxes!

I love the A-line shape that fits snuggly and comfortably at the bodice but then drops away to skim my hips.
I love that it has pockets.
I love that the armscye is close fitted but seriously comfortable... no digging in or gaping open.
I love that its easily lengthened or shortened.
I love that its an easy and relatively quick make.

and I also love that its such a versatile wardrobe piece.

I can see myself wearing the Santhi through all seasons of the year.

It is the perfect hot weather dress in a lovely breezy fabric... and then inbetween I love nothing better than a slip dress with a top worn over the top...( but often slip dresses can be a little uncomfortable under the arms... or the thin straps slip off my shoulder. The Santhi dress fixes that.... it will be the most comfortable slip dress alternative) and then in Winter it can be layered up pinnafore style for lots of layers of warmth.

What a versatile dress pattern!

Gowri from Patterns by Paary designs clothing that is right up my alley... its simply but beautifully designed and I absolutely love the Santhi Dress pattern. I was so incredibly lucky to be a part of the testing team...its been an absolute joy.
