I had decided I was not going to continue with my 'One Little Word' tradition but then I woke this morning and the word 'Awaken' was on my mind.. so I am listening. Its time to reduce the head chatter and get quiet and intentional again. I habitually drop my own self care when life is busy...maybe that needs to change. So my One Little Word for 2024 will be awaken.
This is my 6th year of choosing a word....

2020 - 'Acceptance'
